The Masonry Apartments

Save yourself and look somewhere else! I’ve been living at the masonry apartments since 2022. The property and property management have been declining since I’ve been living here. All I’m going to say check the Google reviews.

has anyone ever rented from the masonry? i’m interested in their studios and want to see pictures and ask what their applicant approval requirements are (is there a minimum credit score or income) but ive called like five times over the last couple days and left voicemails but they won’t answer. does anyone know? p.s. does anyone know of fun places hiring? i’m looking for something full time or part time (preferably full time) that won’t drain my soul

-1000 stars for the masonry though. unless they’ve turned it around since I lived there a few years ago. roach city. I think a lot of the main street realty buildings have garages though, I at least know a few of them in shockoe do.

That said... City living will see your car scratched even if you find dedicated garage parking, I can almost guarantee it. Not the most amazing place but the mirage in Manchester is okay, I lived there paying $999 then $1060 after renewal most utilities included besides WiFi and electricity. I’d recommend checking Lindsey’s list on Facebook for subleases or roommates. There’s also the masonry they don’t have amazing reviews but I think they have some units for around $900-$1100
