Smokehouse Lofts

Look in Shockhoe Slip, I lived in Smokehouse Lofts and had no complaints. Also south of the river. It may be easier to do a search of apartments online and then come here and ask for advice about specific buildings. There are a lot of places to rent in RVA, some well known others not so much.

When I was looking for options, Vida East and Smokehouse Lofts allow them (both downtown/Shockoe)

… in trying to find me a new place in another building and actually gave me a great deal (didn't end up taking it though) Clachan Properties - I lived in the Smokehouse Lofts in Shockoe Bottom for a year. I think they had some turnover with their managers because there was zero consistency with what I was told and what actually occurred. I would avoid in the future.
