Sherwood Apartment Homes is a 222-unit community on Mechanicsville Turnpike in Mechanicsville, Hanover County, made up of two phases leased as one: 90 new one- and two-bedroom apartments in four-story elevator buildings completed in 2023–24, and the 132 renovated garden apartments of the former Sherwood Crossing. The new homes have study options, en-suite baths, granite counters and full-size washers and dryers.
