Schoolhouse at Artisan Hill

Schoolhouse at Artisan Hill is a converted 1920s school building at 1000 Carlisle Ave in Fulton, part of the Artisan Hill development on Richmond's east end. Its roughly 30 apartments keep tall windows and high ceilings, with updated kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers and community Wi-Fi. Residents get a gym membership at Fitness Longevity and access to a 75-foot lap pool and sky lounge across the street, with a restaurant and ceramics lab nearby. It is managed by Feldman Ruel.
