Artisan Hill

… happening with the building, but I'm surprised they're actually trying to renovate it. It seems like they could go higher, similar to what was built at the Artisan Hill apartments. Also, the property of the Armitage is very large, much of which is probably not renovateable, so I'm curious what they'll do with the rest of it. Anyone have thoughts about these two properties, locations, and/or management companies? I’m familiar with RVA city life and the work commute isn’t a deciding factor.

Artisan Hill went from $1600 for 2bed 2bath to $1980 no longer including utilities. The unit is still vacant. It was a nice place being it was a new building, but they just kept adding shit.
