Pine Court I is a student apartment building at 707 West Cary Street, on VCU's Monroe Park campus and directly behind the freshman dorm, flanked by its sister buildings Pine Court II and III. Built in the early 2000s, every apartment is suite-style with a private bathroom for each bedroom, and units have been updated with granite countertops and undermount sinks, faux hardwood floors and upgraded tile; some have private balconies. Rent is all-inclusive — electricity, water and sewer, high-speed internet and cable with HBO and STARZ are all covered by one monthly payment. The building has in-building laundry, secure parking with a garage remote, camera security, a private exterior courtyard, in-house maintenance and daily janitorial service. It is run by a family company specialising in VCU student housing.
