At the prices they'd pay, it sure as hell be taller than a 5+1. The fan could do with taller structures though, it'd be great if the city could faciliate the height to offset any arhictectural costs they'll want to impose, something akin to the Chesterfield Apartments at 901 W Franklin. chesterfield apartments has a room for 799 (thats with all the utilites and stuff) i mean youd have roommates and its a little above your price range but the bus stop is like 2 mins away from it and they are pretty nice
