Monroe Park Towers

Hey! I'm looking for a new roommate to take the second bedroom in my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Monroe Park Towers. The move-in date is flexible, but ideally as soon as possible and before March. Rent is around 900 a month, all utilities included except for parking and the internet. Pets allowed. Monroe park towers is everything except wifi. Keep in mind it's a central ac unit so u have no control of when AC ot Heat is turned on during the year. (They turn on Heat when night temps go below 50, and ac up when it's above 60) I paid 990 initially for my studio (after 2 years it's up to 1100 now). My wifi is around 60 a month

Looking to sublease a two bedroom apartment at Monroe Park Towers from May 15th-July 31st this year. Already furnished. $725 per room per month.

i just movfed up from mississippi and I'm very chill! Wanna get apartment at Monroe park towers. its like 1080 for 2 bedrooms so rent would be \~500

Monroe Park Towers has two broken elevators that they refuse to fix or inspect. People in wheelchairs regularly get stuck there. It's a horror show.
