Great apartment/townhome community experiences?

not a super popular rec, BUT my partner and I lived at Hunters Ridge apartments off lauderdale for over 4 years and never had many problems. worst issue for us was parking. our unit was cornered and didn’t have a lot in front. can’t speak for all of the units, but we never had any bug or maintenance issues

It has only two- and three-bedroom apartments (974 and 1,138 square feet, 1.5 baths), with a full-size washer and dryer, separate dining area and private patio or balcony; renovated homes have stainless appliances, wood-style flooring and a microwave. The grounds include an Olympic-size pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a clubhouse, tennis and sports courts, a playground, a dog park and a pergola with grills.
