Moving to short pump/west creek

I’ve been researching some of the apartment buildings I’m planning to move to next month, and I’ve just about found one. I want to do a little more checking before I sign the lease and pay all the fees. I’m targeting Bexley West Creek. I’ve seen that there’s a few posts here about them, but they’ve gone through a few management changes from my research and I can’t make any sense of what’s still a problem and what was a problem. I’ve been checking out Bexley West Creek. Are they that bad? I’m coming from Tuckahoe Creek Apartments. My lease was cut due to them having a roach infestation. How bad is Bexley??

If they are anything like Bexley West Creek, run the other way. They look fairly similar in construction and style, so I would be wary. Currently in Bexley and the management (lack thereof) and construction of the building is horrific. Buuuuut, it is near the highway and I need that. I would see if you can physically tour the place and not just the initial show apartment they want to show you. Walk through several buildings and check for pests, pet waste, and noise. I wish I had done this with

It’s a shit show. It’s a shame because it’s actually a nice environment and in a good location. It’s just like they don’t care about making anything better yet like you said they are raising rent $200. And yeah the coffee machine is ridiculous too. Where did you move and do you like it? I’m thinking of moving to Bexley West Creek
