Do NOT move to the Marcella at Gateway if you have pets (or feet)

I’m a delivery driver for Amazon, and I deliver to the gateway apartments alllllll the time. The amount of people I see arguing with each other is insane. I’m only there for like an hour tops, maybe 3 days a week. But it’s every time I’m there. And tbh, the property management is low key rude affffff. I asked for help one time with a customer who didn’t have the full apartment # on their package. So I went to the leasing office. Lady rolled her eyes at me. Said she wasn’t about to give out perso

Do NOT move to the Marcella at Gateway if you have pets (or feet)

My fiancé and I moved into the Marcella at Gateway apartments in North Chesterfield in August. We chose it in part because it claimed to be pet-friendly (we have two labs), and because they offered a concession addendum if we signed a 15-month lease, which lessened our rent each month. Shortly after we moved in, we always noticed that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, and realized that the apartments were insulated very poorly. [Housing Wanted] Cat-friendly 1-bedroom or Cool Roommates

Hey, I lived in the Gateway Apartments for a year during grad school. It's near Regency Square, but the commute to downtown is just fine (about 15-20 minutes). Right around the corner from Aldi, Kroger, and a post office. Maintenance was always nice and punctual, as were the office staff. It was $750/month for a one bedroom (water included, if I remember correctly). Would recommend! Feel free to message me if you have any questions. Edit: forgot the important part. Any leads on studio apartments $700 range?

Crime free is a relative thing. I'm at The Cloisters near Regency Square. Studio Apts are $590/mo. One bedroom apartments are slightly more across the street at The Gateway Apartments. Neither complex is spectacular anymore, though both are livable. I've been here off and on for 3 years and have not had any issues, although sometimes I do see blue lights in the area.

Gateway is an apartment community at 1648 North Parham Road in Henrico’s Tuckahoe area, near Regency Square and Henrico Doctors’ Hospital. Built in 1973 and renovated since, it rents efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments from 400 to 960 sq ft with granite counters, stainless appliances, recessed lighting, a washer and dryer and fireplaces in some homes. The community has a pool, a 24-hour fitness room and a clubhouse with a full kitchen and pool table. It is managed by Colony Management Corp.
