Cloisters is a 302-home townhouse community at 9007 Cloisters East in Henrico's Tuckahoe area, off Quioccasin Road between Regency Square and Parham Road. Homes are two- and three-level townhomes of 1,056 to 1,700 sq ft with two or three bedrooms, several adding a den, alongside a small number of 410 sq ft efficiencies. Each has an eat-in kitchen with a pantry and gas range, a combined living and dining room, large bedrooms with big closets, updated bathrooms with separate linen closets and a fenced private patio behind a sliding glass door; all but the efficiencies include a washer and dryer. Shared space runs to a large swimming pool with a children's pool, two playgrounds and a clubhouse with a fireplace and full kitchen that residents can book for private parties. Colony Management runs it, and it is pet friendly for up to two cats or dogs subject to a breed list.
