apartments for older adults, seniors that AREN'T assisted living - feedback needed plz

at one point our hope would have been to find something else to purchase but prices even in my neighborhood of small ranch homes have just become extortionate, especially factoring in future maintenance, etc. Everleigh was pretty high as I recall, not really in our budget.

Not sure what your budget is, but I have known a couple of people who lived at Everleigh in Short Pump and really liked it. Quite a few socials, activities, good amenities, modern building, very easy walk to Kroger & a few restaurants, and Short Pump mall only a little farther on the other side of Broad. It is pricey and the residents do seem transient - a lot of people seem to live there while they are selling their house and before they buy something else, or people who move from somewhere
