[Room Available] 2br Apartment near Bon Air

My roommate is moving out soon, and I need to find a replacement. It's one room in a 2br apartment at Chippenham Townhomes. Full rent is $725/mo., not including utilities. Currently have Verizon FiOS 100/100 for internet, though no TV package. I don't have much for furniture but I don't mind chipping in for some things. The lease starts on Sept. 1st, but due to some things my roommate is paying his part of the bills until Oct. 31st (or sooner if I can find someone), so I need a person to share
