Who has lived in these West End Apartments?

I lived in champions club many moons ago. I had several maintenance issues and was ultimately able to break my lease because of them. I ended up finding other residents that also had issues but in my effort to find them, got myself banned from the property. 🤣 Issues I remember… Plumbing would back up (overflow) when I wasn’t even home, ac would freeze and thaw and soak the carpet. I came home several times to small floods. Maintenance wouldn’t respond to pages (one time, the guy said he fell

Who has lived in these West End Apartments?

I'm looking to move out of the city into the West End, and have a list of several 1-br apartments within my price range ($1200-1300ish). A lot of the reviews on the apartment sites are either fairly old or written by management probably lol. I searched this sub and found plenty of reasons to knock off Abbingdon West End, but I'm curious if folks have experience with any of the following in recent years: * Wellesley Terrace at Short Pump * Legacy at Mayland * Park West End * Champions Club * Oak
