Who has lived in these West End Apartments?

I live in a GSC property (Breckenridge, not on this list) and it’s not sketchy or bad. Maintenance is timely and comprehensive, and the office staff are lovely every time I’ve interacted with them. So YMMV based on the property itself.

Good affordable apartments in the west end/short pump area?

I lived at Breckenridge (near Gaskins/Broad) years ago. It's not the Ritz, but it was comfortable for the price (which have gone up a bit since I lived there). A 1BR will run you about $1,000 from what I'm seeing. Maintenance was fairly responsive, amenities were meh, but it was mostly quiet and I had a great patio.
