How much is your rent going up? (2026)

We are in Midlothian renting from Abberly Centerpointe. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. Basically no utilities covered. First lease for 18 months rent was/is (started October 2024 and ends end of March this year) $1832.00. Renewal options range from 1868.00 to over 2,000 with the longer lease being less money. Monthly household take home (after insurance, hsa, 401k, etc) is around $6100.00. Very expensive but it’s a nice apartment (almost 1000 square feet i think) and the security is almost too much. It
