horrible management

when i lived there they would take forever to fix things, leaks, washing machines, my window was broken for like a month. the matinence people are actually very nice but the people who work in the office are horrible

Good and Bad Realty Companies/Landlords/Apartment Complexes Megathread

I spent the last two years with Southern Stove Lofts owned by Pondok Managment. I DO NOT think anyone should ever live there. I could write a novel about all the shit they did. The biggest thing is harassed us so much and so often that we moved a month earlier than planned, when I was one week postpartum. The day I went into labor, I broke down crying in their office over their behavior and not a single person cared.

Good and Bad Realty Companies/Landlords/Apartment Complexes Megathread

I love Legend. Their properties are all all inclusive, so all utilities, no pet rent, etc. Maintenance typically responds in a day to any request whether it’s large or small. And my property manager has responded to every email I’ve ever sent within an hour. I have NEVER had this experience before. Would also nominate Pondok for the horrible list.
