Afternoon Daily

Just went to Pho Tay Do and it was amazing as always. Also sent an email to Monroe Properties a company NO ONE should ever rent from about them taking out double worths rent from my account on October 1 and failing to acknowledge their mistake or apologize! Gonna have a nice cozy day in and hope my ceiling doesn't leak from this shitty apartment. Might walk over to folk festival if the rain lets up. Have a nice rainy day everyone!

i’ve been living in richmond about 16 years, since I was 18. every single rental property company seems to just be in constant competition for who can be the most incompetent and evil shitheads imageinable. I’ve rented with monroe properties, with evernest, and currently with a private landlord. it’s always bad, it’s getting worse, it’s diabolical and inhumane. if i said what i truly wanted to say about these rental companies, i’d end up on a watch list

Ive lived here for 5 or 6 years now who knows at this point. Theres plenty of issues I can list but as a warning to everyone - they "accidently" make clerical issues all the time. I was charged double rent, which they said I was never charged because I pay advance in credit. YOU ARE STILL STEALING MONEY FROM ME EVEN IF ITS A CREDIT! DOES THAT MAKE SENSE GUY? They also sneakily raise your rent 6% every new lease when the cap is supposed to be 3%. They bank on you not noticing. We have a group cha

Manchester apartments that don’t suck?

monroe properties are slum lords and will force you to live in full blown infested apartments with no way out. had to go to court with them and let the judge just go off on them for how horrible they are
