Home flea treatment

I’m not worried about getting sued. I am however trying to get as much deposit back as I can. I’m trying to get a feel for cost. For example, If it’s two hundred to do this, but they’ll take 500 if I don’t- I’d rather them not eat the excess 300. But I appreciate the go fuck themselves energy. Mission realty can choke on a massive goat for all I’m concerned.

Real Estate/Mortgage Gurus

I worked with Andrea Johnson from Mission Realty and loved her! Would highly recommend. She was great with me and my friend (separate house) as first time homeowners.

Landlord wants to raise rent by $100 a month. Do these numbers sound fair?

I'm on the Henrico side of Lakeside near Chamberlayne and I'm paying $1550 a month for a 4br2.5bath home with a huge backyard. Our landlord is through Mission Realty Property Management. Rent is going up everywhere, but I think it can be priced more fairly if people organize and rise up. I will not be moving from my location until we finally have enough to buy.
