awful, avoid at all costs. had intense water damage and mold they kept ignoring until it was so bad the integrity of the house was compromised. the tech crew let themselves into my apartment and one of them sent me sexually suggestive texts, Evernest gave them my address and number without my consent as well as keys to my apartment

Hi! What was evernest like? I have inquired about some of their current rentals and they keep suggesting I can go ahead and apply while I wait for the property to be ready to tour. Now why on earth would anyone do something like that before seeing the property?

… hell away from them, I can only imagine that if trying to rent from them was that abysmal the actual living experience would be a x1000 worse. Stay away from evernest, dobrin, KRS/ anything with James Bristol involved. Record everything, these companies are slum lords.
