Does anybody have any experience with PMI Richmond property management?

I've been renting at a PMI Richmond SFH for a few years. I haven't had any significant issues with them – remote zTenant inspections, easy to use app, responsive staff. The only thing you might wanna watch out for is that their general maintenance staff they typically use suck. They'll come out and nominally fix whatever it is, but for example: My closet shelves fell out of the wall a few months into living here because they weren't secured correctly. The worker they sent out "fixed" it, and it

I've seen their name pop up on a rental or two that I've been interested in, but there doesn't appear to be any info about them here so far. Has anybody dealt with them before? Did it go well, or do I need to be wary of them? If so, what do I need to keep an eye out for? Thanks in advance!
