Is anyone familiar with Oakstone Property Management in Richmond?

Does anyone have any experience renting from Oakstone Property Management? I'm close to signing a lease to rent a property in the Fan/Museum District that they manage, but wanted to see if anyone knows anything about them before I signed the dotted line. Thanks!

Looking to rent out my home - property manager recommendations?

NOT Hamm properties. Not oakstone.. both were very late with security deposit return, half assed maintenance, bad communication ah the holy trinity… I hear pollard and bagby or something suck too and the Richmond group one. ☹️this city can be hard to live in sometimes

Any recommendations

We rent from Oakstone. They didn’t raise our rent this year which was honestly a huge plus. I have to get on their butts a bit about insurance - emailing them instead of submitting a request through the tenant portal - but they’re timely and the maintenance guy is very polite. Tbh we don’t really interact much and that’s how I like it. It’s not the nicest house, but it works for our purposes.
