We worked with Wes Fertig at Joyner this past year and I recommend him because he was smart. Real savvy with understanding the paperwork and catching things others probably missed. We only put in an offer on one house and we got it, even though there were higher offers than ours. And we love our house! He also had some good recommendations for different lenders and we are very happy with the lender we got through him, Missy Bass - she worked so hard on our behalf!
