OP I get you’ve gotta unload this place, but I think people should also consider who the property management company is. Rent in Richmond is awful. I rented from them for years because I got in on a cheap apartment before things skyrocketed and I couldn’t afford to move elsewhere. I would strongly caution anyone from working with them. They’re terrible at communication, you’ll never see a dime of your deposit, service is slow and begrudging on legit needs. Emergency maintenance is a joke, some

Avoid Rent in Richmond - there was a leak causing the ceiling of my bedroom to cave in on me and the company just said "The owner of the property doesn't want to fix it."
