DO NOT RENT FRON MONROE PROPERTIES

… from them, I can only imagine that if trying to rent from them was that abysmal the actual living experience would be a x1000 worse. Stay away from evernest, dobrin, KRS/ anything with James Bristol involved. Record everything, these companies are slum lords.

Looking to Move (Randolph Area)

Randolph is Dobrin territory. Avoid them at all costs.

As the title says, I'm looking to rent in the Cary/Museum District area but every rental seems to be owned by Pollard & Bagby or Dobrin Property Management - both of which I have heard many horror stories about. I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom, allows cats, with a max of 1,500 a month for rent (not including utilities). If anyone has any leads, I would be very grateful. And if anyone knows any other property managements to steer away from I would love to hear lol ( I would also be open to

As Richmond’s rezoning begins to solidify, a proposal to allow more duplexes may be on shaky ground

Gibson is doing nothing about the 12 recovery/re-entry homes violating city ordinance that have materialized under the cover of darkness in our neighborhood. Dobrin bought up all the new builds in Newtowne West and turned them into revolving door rentals that are probably committing fraud with federal/state funds. zero of these new homes are owned by individuals. it's cool that y'all want these new builds but it's not gonna be individuals buying them.
