Cava has a multifam rental property near me in the northside and ive had to complain to the city a dozen times for their residents spreading trash all over the shared alley because they have 4 trash bins for an 8 unit building

I sold my Southside double lot house to cava in 2024, they knocked it down and built two houses fronting the street and then two of these little shed houses fronting the alley. I still drive by sometimes to see if they've built a fifth house right smack dab in between them all.
