I’m interested in an apartment from Atrium management but I haven’t found much reviews about them online. Does anyone have experience with this company? Are they good or should they be avoided?

I used to live at atrium and I know exactly what you mean and theorize for that area that it might be because there used to be private use dumpsters in those alleys that the public was obviously using all the time despite the wishes of whoever owned it. Before I moved out in 2020 they got really strict about who was dumping trash there and started putting up really official metal signs claiming the dumpster was under surveillance?? This is just baseline for shockoe. It’s unreal how the sidewalks are always covered in trash and dog shit. I don’t get where all the trash everywhere by atrium lofts/church hill tunnel shockoe entrance comes from. It’s like people just intentionally rip open entire bags of trash and dump them up there

I'm looking at moving into a 1 bed/1 bath in Scott's Addition and after my online research and in-person tours I'm between The Icon (Main St Properties) and The Nest (Atrium Properties). I haven't been able to find much discussion about either apartment complex on this subreddit, but did find a generally positive sentiment for Main St properties while nothing for Atrium Properties. So, I was hoping that someone could provide some more insight.
