Mall converted apartment complex or similar? "The Rise At Regency" or "The Current"

I live in The Vue at Westchester Commons and have for 5 years. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I walk everywhere and have everything I need, aside from grocery (I travel fewer than two miles for Aldi, Kroger, and Publix, with Wegmans two more miles down the road). Check it out.
