Villas of Oakwood

Does anybody have experience or insight into this complex? I’ve been looking into buying as a first time homebuyer and I’m just trying to get a little info on possible pitfalls of buying one of their townhomes. All the reviews I’ve seen are from 5+ years ago, so some current info on this area would be appreciated!
