The View at Belle Isle is a new 116-unit income-restricted apartment building at 812 Hull Street in Richmond's Manchester neighborhood, at the corner of Hull Street and Commerce Road across the river from downtown. It has one- and two-bedroom apartments of 487 to 905 square feet with contemporary finishes and energy-efficient features. Shared spaces include a top-floor clubroom with views of downtown and Belle Isle, a fitness center, bicycle storage, covered parking and a bus stop on site. The Lawson Companies developed and manages the property, which is now leasing for October 2026 move-ins.
