LOST PUPPY Park Northside

I could not catch her - but she is still roaming Park Northside- the neighborhood directly across from RACC. I called them. I noticed her about a week ago. She is wearing a purple and blue collar but I could not see a tag. Please share! This is Chamberlayne right near the Beautyful and Re-Store.

Any place that doesn’t have horrible reviews?

Park Northside is 1350 for 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse with a okay living room and a whisper of a kitchen. If u don't mind cooking in a closet, its alright. I never had any of that there. Do not go to Southside apartments. My bf was literally one of the dudes from Mouse Hunt.

UPDATE: finally got my April’s rent back after two months from Dobrin

Hey yall, Im gonna try and link my previous post. As of today I finally got April’s rent back. It just took two cops showing up with me and me documenting absolutely everything. STAY AWAY FROM DOBRIN! Seriously, they were the absolute worst people I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. The property manager wouldn’t even come out and face me like a man. He did peek through the windows tho!! So glad that headache is over, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PARK NORTHSIDE/ DOBRIN!!

Dobrin Properties Sucks

Hey Richmond :)! Im writing to warn people off of leasing from Park Northside/ Dobrin properties. We moved out on the 31st of March and they charged us the entirety of April’s rent (our lease was officially done on the 18th of April). My husband and I have been calling and they have blocked our numbers. There was no “prorated rent” and they stole our security deposit even though we left the place as spotless as humanly possible.
