Hi! Welcome! Addison at Swift Creek is probably one of your best bets! I would avoid St. John’s Woods. I’ve never lived at old Buckingham Station(midlothian), but that is probably a well-positioned place to live because of its easy access to literally everything, including a nice gym, many grocery stores, fast food and sit-down restaurants, as well as a decent park (Midlothian Mines). Traffic could be a little congested depending on your schedule because of the nearby schools, but I would say it

I think Old Buckingham Station has caught on fire more times than I’d feel comfortable with. I lived in the Enclave very briefly but 10 years ago and it was nice back then. It’s in a good area for getting outside if you like it out there.
