Apartments near the RVR train station?

Old Bridge in Lakeside was alright when I lived there a few years ago. Reasonably priced 2bd/1.5 bath with a tiny fenced yard. Communal dumpster got a bit overfull on rare occasion, and could sometimes hear muffled speech from next door if our neighbors really raised their voices at each other, thankfully a rare occurrence. Lots of families with kids. Pretty good about responding to emergency maintenance issues, had to have them out twice for AC stuff, made it out the same day both times. Comcas

Apartments with yards

Update: in case someone else uses this post for research here are some apartment *complexes* with yards: old bridge, Springfield, kings crossing (all three of those in henrico). Georgetown is the only one in Richmond I have found w a teeeny bit of yard on the patio. Hi! Sorry for a common housing post. I am moving to Richmond for work and can’t visit first.
