It's that time again: who are the good, the bad, and the ugly of RVA property management?

Lived in London Towne for two years. Wonderful place. Upgraded to a larger apartment, and still here. Grocery, department, and liquor stores all close by. Even a Total Wine within a mile, nice to be able to walk to a store that carries a solid beer selection.
