Rooms/sublet for rent in West Henrico? Short lease needed or sublet

Hey fellow home dwellers (sorry if not) I have been searching for a place and growing weary. I have a 15 year old who I'm hoping can stay at Freeman HS. We had to move out of our rental for a situation beyond my control. I'm hoping to just buy a home within the next 3-6 months. Until then I/weneed a place! He will be living part time with his grandmother who also lives in freeman district. Please do not recommend Landmark at Patterson, just had the worst year of my life there. Thanks!

Apartment/Town House recommendations

Hi everyone! I've been hunting for a place for me and three other people (plus a cat) in the Tuckahoe/Henrico area for the past year. I've looked at so many apartment/Town house communities but all the reviews usually say they're garbage in some way or another. We're looking for a 3 bed with at least a 1.5 bath. Max Rent like 1850. Right now Landmark at Patterson is what we're going for but I really just want a safe and clean place to live for me and my family.
