Lease takeover in Lakeridge Square apartment in Ashland

Looking for someone to take over my lease at Lakeridge Square Apartments. It’s a two bed two bath place. There is a female roommate who will be staying. Rent is $839 plus split utilities. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom. I can send pictures upon request.

I can +1 Drucker & Falk, times two. I've lived in two apartments outside the city that were managed by D&F and had outstanding experiences. Saddlewood Apartments and Lakeridge Square.
