Illegal Airbnbs?

I’m assuming the overall point of the story is in relation to high rental prices. In which case, I would love to share that my apartment recently raised the rent on my 1 bed apartment by 36% (East 51 in Rocketts Landing).

I'm curious to hear about some experiences from people who have rented from PRG Real Estate/Elevated Properties. Some of the communities around here are The Locks Tower, South Falls Tower, Hydro Apartments, Circ Apartments and East 51.
