Terraces at Manchester, Residences at the John Marshall, or the Locks?

I have been in all of them and have known people who have lived in each. A few years ago I would have suggested the locks. However, with all the growth on Grace street John Marshall is probably the best. The Terraces at Manchester are certainly great apartments, I just don't think the area is there yet. It will be soon! Also checkout [DECO at CNB](https://www.decoapartments.com/) for an alternative to the John Marshall.
