Tenant Rights - Roaches?

Cardinal Forest. It’s interesting because I knew someone who lived there before and they said they didn’t have bug issues. (They did have other issues which should have raised red flags but we were willing to try. Not anymore though lol)

Advice on Apartments and Areas

Cardinal Forest is not walk friendly. There are no sidewalks once you leave your building. I lived there for about three years. While it is safe and quiet, it has a pool, gym, close to a few shops and bars, you have to cross a very busy Broad Street to get to most of these.

Cardinal Forest is suburban too. The walkable areas go out to about Libbie Mill /Staple's Mill (South of Broad) and then West if that it is super suburban

… have settled in a few options. We are ideally looking for something between Short Pump and downtown Richmond due to work locations. The first location is Cardinal Forest apartments located at : 4724 Cardinal Rd, Richmond, VA 23228 The second is Hunters Ridge / Brandywine / Foxtrot, which is a bit more Suburbs but the prices are very low: 2400 Milhaven Dr, Richmond, VA 23238 Our number one priority is a safe area where we can walk around and not have to sorry too much about the crime and al
