Struggling to find a reputable/affordable apartment...

About a week ago, I received my first (and long awaited) job offer in teaching! I'm happy to say I'm officially coming to the Richmond area. Unfortunately, I'm struggling to choose a place, or really find leasing agents that I can trust. Being out-of-state, I do not have even basic awareness of what areas to truly trust. I actually toured about 5 apartments but they either had one or both of these issues: - Too Expensive - I could easily solve my problems, and apply for a place like Ainsworth
