Hello y’all! I’m graduating this December from VCU and was looking for someone to take over my lease for the Spring semester. The unit I’m reletting is 1 bed-1 bath in a 3 bed- 3 bath unit. The unit is located at 1200 West Marshall and move in day would be the earliest, January 1st, 2026. The rent per month is $1,074 not including water and electricity.
