Has anybody rented from the Wilson Group?

I'm not seeing anything on them when I search here and everything I'm seeing about them elsewhere is for buying/selling, not renting. Has anybody got any experience renting from this company?

We have a lot of posts about who not to rent from, who's a good property manager around here?

American Eagle is currently trying to take our security deposit because of their trashy apartment and things that I think are legally normal wear and tear. They were useless at dealing with the property and slow to respond to the many needs that arose due to it being a terrible degraded home. Just moved into a Wilson Group property and thus far has been a good relationship; although it's still early.
