Good and Bad Realty Companies/Landlords/Apartment Complexes Megathread

Rangewater and also Capital Square Living are terrible too. Neither one addresses ongoing maintenance issues and they hire idiots

Does anyone have experience with Avia, Flats at West Broad Village, or Symbol RVA apartments?

Avia management companies keeps changing which is concerning but overall decent, built 2018. The Flats was acquired by Rangewater Feb 2019, just finished renovations/gym but has plumbing/AC issues/was built in 2009. Location much better at The Flats though. Those are all luxury and if you’re looking for newness as well, I very much liked 2000 West Creek when I toured it. Developing area but the overall community is nice.
