I would look at property results. They have a couple properties that are in your budget & they have water, trash & wifi included. Also hotpads.com has more affordable listing. You can also check out Lindsay's list rva on fb!

Best ways to find apartments?

Take a look at Property Results's properties if they're in your price range. Been with them for a little over a year now and they've been outstanding. Nice apartments, very responsive to maintenance requests, and very intuitive website for payments/info/requests

Loved Property Results. Was with them for 7 years - Maintenance 🔥 - Proffesional dog poop pick upper - Proffesional indoor cleaning - Property was spotless of trash - Landscape was always 💯 - Fast communication response - EMERGENCY # to call for lockout - Lots of privacy - Were super cool with paper exchanges for a bigger availabe apartment downstairs without having to break the lease 👏 - 🤑 - Left the place in hurry an they waved off the mess as a good resident - Never wanted to leave, b
