Just viewed a property owned by Metro Realty Services of VA LLC. The place was in absolutely piss-poor condition. Minor issues: nails/screws/holes in the wall, mismatched carpet in several rooms, filthy stained carpet on the stairs, old yellowed fridge from the early 2000s and generally *extremely* dated appliances (including dryer with broken knob), cheap and sloppy paint job, rear shed door held closed with a stick from the ground, fence falling apart, electronic pin lock doorknob installed
