Look into MAA apartments. Most are about 20 min from VCU and overall they have nice amenities! I know some have dog parks too

maa west creek. right outside shortpump but right off 288 so you skip the traffic super quiet and nice rooms and pool

I moved to the Carriage at Wyndham. It’s older but super quiet and I’ve had no issues. I looked at Metropolis and Innslake Place and a few of the MAA properties.

From nyc, very familiar with old loft buildings and we are going into it knowing they property management teams are going to be a nightmare haha. The last building I lived in changed property owners and property management monthly it seemed haha. All I know is that MAA is the devil jana
