No Heat - Pierce Arrow Apartments
Currently going on 6 weeks with no heat at the William Hill Building. Managed by Greenbrier Management Co. They are absolute dog water and can only say "it's an old building with an old system" yeah so is 90% of Richmond. I hate it here and can't wait to move out
Illegal Airbnbs?
Look into the William Hill Building at 114 Virginia St. The "owners" just turned over management to Greenbrier Management.
