Fan Apartments, Inc.

Licensed Professional Counselor? Well, the good news is, if that’s the case, you will have NO problem finding a job after you are licensed because we all need help. The “luxury” stuff is really new to me because my peak apartment days were around 2008-2012 and everyone had a million roommates in fan apartments, but I understand now there are probably just too many young professionals living in the city. It’s not want you want at this stage of life, but if you all move out to the suburbs, you

Fan Apartments has been solid. My unit is cozy and management is responsive and actually takes care of their tenants. Been with them for almost two years now and have no complaints

I just had a small issue with Fan Apartments. They denied me because I am a student. I'm a 27 year old PhD student. So I am getting paid to go to school lol. I asked why they don't take student and they said the student lifestyle?? Whatever that means. So look out for that! Also had some weird stuff with KRS. They make you pay $65 to apply and then if you want a cosigner they have to pay $65 as well. If you have pets each of those is another $25 to apply. Then they also "suggest" giving them $5

My landlord (Fan Apartments) says that the city is responsible for relighting the pilot light for our water heater. I called the city because we don’t have any hot water and they said that they thought we might have to call our landlord maintenance. Has anyone ever had the city relight the pilot light in their water heater? The city did relight the pilot light for our stove.

I'm surprised Fan Apartments aren't listed. They are really good, since they send maintenance out to fix issues within the 1-2 business days. Issues are fixed very quick. Their properties are also very well priced, and their employees are very friendly.
