It’s not a rebrand. Evernest is a national company that bought out Dodson’s multifamily holdings.
For my karaoke enthusiasts
Duke Dodson is the main owner, who owns Dodson Properties. Google him, he owns many parts of the city and I’ve never heard anything good.

My experience with Dodson differs from yours. We’re paying less than half what you did and we rarely see any pests. When we do, we report it and they address it on their next treatment.

Yeah I’d ditch them as soon as you can based on my experience. I really liked the people from Mitchell pest control who came to consult and would probably go with them if I ever stop the DIY method. Roaches are the official bug of Bob Air but DIY has been remarkably more effective, and cost efficient, compared to Dodson. Best of luck!
